The show’s idea is that a restaurant owner contacts Charles Stiles, the show’s host, in order to obtain advice. He then goes to work on building up a covert operation to catch disobedient employees in the act while they are still unaware. People who have worked in these businesses, on the other hand, have alleged that everything was a hoax. They even claim that the unsatisfactory employees are merely paid, actors. The genuine staff are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in order to remain anonymous.

The reality show on Bravo succeeds by ensuring that the audience is constantly surrounded with “charm.” However, the reality is that it more closely resembles a Real Housewives of Atlanta episode than anything else on television. After all, it follows the same premise as the previous show, which is to follow wealthy people. Because of this, we are not astonished to learn that it is not authentic. According to some reports, the original pair on the show did not even live in Charleston, as they said, as they claimed. On top of that, the clips are heavily manipulated in order to make the drama even more intense.
