An Unusual Ticket
Tinted windows are fine in the eyes of the law. Normally, tinted cars get a pass since they can be useful when it comes to keeping their eyes safe from the glare of the sun. Michael had no plans to give this driver a ticket. When it comes to car tints, they are only a cause of concern when they look too dark to be helpful. Normally, troopers are too busy to hand out tint tickets, but this was an exception.
Doing His Job
He pulled over the car in order to tell the driver that he was violating car tint regulations. This 26-year-old state trooper turned on the switch and then made a stop to turn on the lights and siren on his patrol car. The driver learned that they were getting pulled over and waited for him by the end of the highway. There is a good chance that the driver had been waiting for the regular scenario: a ticket, some payment, a little scolding. This was not the case, however.
