When Michael got of his car to talk to the driver, he left the car lights flashing. In general, he was a nice guy who always made an effort to be friendly with those he pulled over regardless of what the offense was. They began to talk as soon as he made his way to the other car. When he started a conversation with this man, he had no idea that there was something linking him and the driver of the BMW.

This BMW driver seemed pretty upset at the fact that he got pulled over. He made sure to stay within the speed limit, so he did not understand what he did wrong. He was surprised when the officer brought up the window tint on his car! However, what made things crazier is that he already knew the legal limit. Why would he know such a thing?
