The Engine’s Demise
What was interesting to watch during the whole thing was that the car’s engine was still running despite the fire that emanated from its hood. This sure shows the strength of the car, as well as how powerful WD-40 is, which was the whole point of their experiment. But after a long fight, the engine finally gave up and died. However, there is still much more excitement in store for the car.

After the engine officially shut down, the group turned to the girl who was timing the whole thing. She reported that the engine lasted for three minutes and twenty-five seconds. It was a bit of a shame that they got distracted by this information as moments after it, the car exploded. It wasn’t just a flare up, nor was it a minor fire up front. It was a total car explosion, as can be seen in the picture.
