1947 Julien MM5
This French convertible was produced from 1947 until 1949. At the time, the French government had to approve it and free up the necessary materials due to the fact that there was a shortage in France. All the same, not many were made, and were fitted with different engines over the years. At its best, the car performance was described as “acceptable”. The one thing we can’t get past is its design. The car looks like a literal insect. Maybe they drew inspiration from the classic Volkswagen Beetle?
1965 Peel Trident
The second three-wheel micro-car made by Peel engineering, the all-new design was very different than the one-seat Peel P50. Shockingly, this car had two seats. We wonder if anyone actually spent their hard-earned money to buy this car. If you can call it a car. It looks like a lost piece from a board game, honestly.
