As you can probably tell, the designer of this car wanted to make something that looked cool and fast. Unfortunately, the result does not reflect that too much. It looks like it came out of a racing video game and glitched, leading to this design.

We figure that this car was meant to look something like a Rolls Royce with a twist, but the only twist we see is the snout-like grille. It looks more like a knockoff Rolls Royce or one that simply malfunctioned and the designers decided to own up to it.
