What The Principal Said
Jacob was informed personally by the principal that his son would not be required to go to school today. As he emphasized that there is no reason why his son shouldn’t go to school that day, Jacob could feel his blood boiling. Jacob and his son were forced to get back into the principal’s truck because the principal would not listen to reason.

The sudden occurrences left Jacob dejected and equally furious, so he took his son and left in their car. He had another glaring issue to address because he had work in 30 minutes and no one was at home to watch over his son. Jacob was unable to leave his son alone at home or take him to work with him. He got a wonderful thought when he appeared to be at his wit’s end.
