People may know the fearless and gorgeous haired Alison Mosshart as the front woman of the band The Kills although she has had a career that is longer and far more influential than some may have realized as she got her start by being the vocalist of Discount, the innovative punk band. Despite the fact that they disbanded back in 2000, Discount set the stage for other female-led punk bands such as The Donnas and Paramore. In the past few years, when Mosshart is not performing with The Kills, she spends her time hanging out with Jack White, the indie rock legend.
