It is funny to imagine a parking enforcer receiving a ticket! What was it for? The offense was for parking somewhere illegal! Wow, did you think that you would ever see such a thing?

As she returned to her car, she could not help but worry that someone left the shopping cart too close to her vehicle. She only had it for a few weeks at the time. No one likes scratches, right?

She was relieved to see that the cart did not touch her car at all. However, the horror kicked in when she found that someone cable-tied the shopping cart to the car door handle instead!
