Shannon Miller
Shannon Miller is one of the greatest and most talented gymnasts in the whole world. That was proven by all of the medals and awards she managed to win during her entire career in gymnastics. From 1993 up to the transition to 1994, she was given the title of being the world all-around champion. In 1995, she won the title of being the Pan American Games all-around champion. She won the balance beam competition in the Olympic Games that happened in 1996. She also used to be a member of the “Magnificent Seven” – a team that was formed in the 1996 Olympics consisting of women gymnasts. Now, she is spending her time focusing on the foundation she has built to help children fight obesity. She is also the amazing wife of John Faconetti – they were married in the middle of 2007.

Even at a young age of 3, Shawn Johnson was already starting to train like a gymnast. All of the struggles she had experienced because of training in her younger years surely paid off and was the most significant factor that made her a very skilled gymnast as she grew up. In the Olympic Games that took place in Beijing in the middle of 2008, she managed to win three silver medals and a dazzling gold medal from the balance beam competition on top of that. With her amazing skills in gymnastics, she was discovered by the whole world through the American media and several social media websites. However, things went downhill when she was involved in a skiing accident and accidentally ripped her ACL – her career in gymnastics had to come to an end. Well, she found another thing to focus on – being a TV personality. She appeared in several talk shows and TV shows such as Dancing with the Stars, A Shot at Glory, and The Apprentice. Now, she is spending her life being happily married to Andrew East.
