Fósil de neandertal
Last 2010, scientists and researchers tried to figure out the order of DNA nucleotides or bases of a Neanderthal fossil, which they found from Croatia. Upon finishing the sequencing, it was found out and had become clear that the Neanderthal indeed tried mating with modern humans. Researchers believed that the first contact might have taken place about 60,000 years ago when they were still in the Middle East. Today, it is believed that all humans, except for the Africans, were up to a certain percentage of the Neanderthal DNA.

Los denisovanos
Lo mismo sucedió en Asia. Se cree que las especies humanas también se aparearon con los denisovanos, un grupo similar de especies de homínidos que se quedaron en Asia. No pudimos decir mucho sobre ellos porque solo hubo unos pocos estudios sobre los denisovanos. Los descubrimientos históricos sobre ellos no fueron tanto. Incluso el ADN que contenían era solo unos pocos. Ese ADN se refleja en sólo hasta el 4 por ciento de los genes en algunos primeros pueblos australianos modernos y otros pueblos melanesios relacionados: los habitantes del área melanesia.
