Plastic Water Bottle
An easy way to transfer egg yolks to another bowl is by using a plastic water bottle. Grab an empty water bottle and squeeze it. Then, release the pressure slowly over the egg yolk. Doing so will suction the yolk into the bottle and hold it there. All you have to do from that point on is squeeze the bottle over the bowl you want to put it in.
