However, Hyundai is further along, with the Santa Fe a great SUV for an even better price. Not only that, but Hyundai stocked the SUV with plenty of features, delivering a well-balanced mid-sized SUV that is comfortable and enjoyable to drive. It is also available as a 7-seater, making it a great family car.

Seeing as Mitsubishi has had it rough for the past few years, their cars can’t seem to get to any customers, even with the overall good quality and nice design. The same is to be said for the Outlander, which still doesn’t have great sales, despite the fact that it had a 65% increase in sales since the facelift. In the first quarter of 2017, the Outlander only sold less than 10,000 examples – ten times less than the segment leaders. However, if you’re looking for a mid-sized SUV, the Outlander is a very good choice.
