Kia Sportage

With more than 20 offerings from a variety of manufacturers, the compact SUV segment is one of the most competitive SUV segments. While the segment is dominated by Nissan, Honda, and Toyota, Kia Sportage is far from the top. It sold 15,400 copies and had a 12% fall compared to 2016. It’s strange considering the fact that this SUV has great reviews, a sleek design, and its starting price is at $23,200. The price is relatively competitive in the segment.

Ford Edge

Clearly, the Ford Edge is trying to take back the market from the European and Japanese with its contemporary style and perfect proportions. The 2017 model crossover SUV has Ford’s most current driver’s assistance tech, including the Sync 3 touchscreen, self-parking, and a keyless tailgate. Since it’s loaded with features and is priced appropriately, the Edge is definitely on the way to global dominance.
