It’s a little surprising to think that so many people believed what they were seeing on television was true. The show follows a group of wealthy teenagers who plan spectacular Sweet 16 celebrations. It appeared that the more intense the situation, the better. Even though there were a plethora of tears and meltdowns on the show, many of them were nothing more than staged performances for the cameras. Considering what we know about the industry by now, it should not be all that startling.

A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila
This show was created by VH1 in an attempt to go head-to-head with its rival, MTV. Sixteen men and sixteen women compete against one another for Tila Tequila’s affections in this reality television show. Despite the fact that it was only on the air for two seasons, it was constructed on lies. It turned out that the first-place finisher did not even have the opportunity to talk with her after they finished filming the season.
