You might not know this, but this is a photo of a powerful mobile electronic countermeasure/jammer. A Krasukha-2 is capable of jamming AWACS radars and UAV controls, as well as fire control sensors and incoming cruise missile guidance systems. It has a range of 250 km, which is impressive. This mobile system is so powerful that it can even blind reconnaissance satellites in low-earth-orbit. Whoa.
