It Refused To Budge
People gathered around the spot to see if they could figure out what was going on there. There was something submerged in the water, but they had no idea what it was. One of them saw a rope in the mud and used his hands to retrieve it. Once he could grip it, he pulled it with all the strength that he could muster. The dirt was wet, but the thing refused to budge. Everyone decided to help him out!

Despite their efforts, nothing happened. Keep in mind that there were more than a dozen people pulling the rope by then. To their shock, they failed to pull it out of there no matter how hard they tugged at it. Sadly, they did not have the equipment to get to the bottom of things. The authorities did, however.
