It was 1986, and we were all enthralled by an Australian man taking on the wilds of Australia that we were all too happy not to have in our own backyards. Crocodile Dundee featured Paul Hogan and his Australian charm that had us all wondering where the heck he had come from. But we can’t forget the incredible cast that supported the Dundee on his adventures, so where are they now?

John Meillon

John Meillon played Wally, Dundee’s partner on the screen. Meillon appeared on the set for the second Crocodile Dundee film, but that would be his last time on the set. Meillon passed away shortly thereafter from complications due to liver cirrhosis. Movie fans fondly remember Meillon and the special attitude and personality he brought to the films.

Ritchie Singer

Ritchie Singer did more than make a splash in Crocodile Dundee; he continued his work in the acting world for a number of years after featuring in the film. You might remember him as ‘Con’ in the films, but he went on to work on over thirty projects following Crocodile Dundee. One of his major roles following the movie was on the TV show Crownies, and he reunited with Crocodile Dundee co-star  David Gulpilil in Charlie’s Country.
