Even so, police officers mostly never experience a task like this. Despite this, we bet that the police officers who have been on the same boat will say that it was a miraculous experience for them. This must be why Matthew could still remember it very well no matter how long it has been.

Matthew assumed completely accountability by doing all the things needed to ensure smooth childbirth. The entire experience only lasted a couple of minutes after he arrived at the house.
