Leanza Cornett

Former Miss America, Leanza Cornett was known to have one of the brightest and most beautiful spirits. Many even said her laugh was completely infectious. Sadly, the American TV personality died on October 28th after being hospitalized for a head injury. In a statement released on Facebook by Miss America organization, they said, “We know that too so many, including all of you, she meant so much”.  At 49 years old, Cornett left behind her sons, Kai and Avery, whom she shared with ex-husband Mark Steines.

Kenzo Takada

Another star who sadly died of coronavirus complications was fashion designer, who founded the Kenzo brand, Kenzo Takada. He passed away at 81 years old on October 4th 2020 in Paris. The death of Takada happened 50 years after his first collection was launched in the French capital, six years after coming to the country from his native Japan. Takada was actually one of the first male students at Tokyo’s Bunka Fashion College.
