On The Border Of Two Nations
Mount Scorluzzo is located on the border of Italy and Switzerland. It is located at an elevation of almost 10,000 feet above sea level, overlooking some of the highest paved highways in the Alpine region. This summit is not as difficult to climb as the others. Mountaineers have conquered it on numerous occasions.

It Is Not Just Climbers Either
Climbers aren’t the only ones who have attempted to ascend the snow-capped peak. Prior to the First World War, the Stelvio Pass served as an important boundary. It passes through the Alps about a thousand feet below Mount Scorluzzo’s summit. On one side, the Kingdom of Italy was located, while on the other, the Austro-Hungarian Empire was located.
