The Rock had a rather troubled childhood. His father was none other than pro wrestler Rocky Johnson, who was never really there for him since he was always busy with work. After the Rock joined the championship team at the University of Miami, he briefly played in the Canadian Football League before going into pro wrestling himself. His first acting job was to play his dad in That 70’s Show! Best known for the Fast and Furious series, he now stars in HBO’s Ballers.
