After leaving Home Depot, they felt ready to start the experiment. One guy from the group even volunteered his own car for it, despite fully knowing that there is a possibility for things to go wrong. But before commencing with putting WD-40 inside the engine, they first had to remove and drain the oil which is already inside the car. One of the excited youth said, “We’ll drain all of this outta here.” After getting rid of it, it was time to put the WD-40 inside the car.

They then proceeded to fill up the car. As they were doing it, one even commented, “that definitely smells like WD-40.” He then reached out and touched the liquid, noting that it was “slippery.” They even affirmed that their decision by reiterating that “it says on the can that it will definitely do engines.” One of them also said that the back of the WD-40 bottle said it “lubricates to smooth operation.”
