Going for an X-rated design is always a bad idea, but this dude took it one step further. Not only did he pick something crass, but somewhere unpleasant, he also had it done.

When he decided to get a face tattoo, this guy had already messed up big time. When he selected a face design, however, he made it even worse. Most parents love their children, but there’s no reason to do such a thing. This is the kind of thing that only makes sense on a bad guy from a horror movie.
