We don’t know. We initially assumed it was for security reasons, wanting people’s faces to be clear and visible, which we understand. But as we dug deeper, we discovered that the regulation has nothing to do with security. It’s because you’re not supposed to act cool, late at night. Singapore is a city-state. Why? We don’t know.
