In the tight stall, John carefully changed into his old work attire, which he had carried in his backpack. The familiar fabric felt both cozy and strange in the circumstances. He slipped into the clothing, hoping it would make him less noticeable, fitting in as just another employee amidst the morning procedures. Every stride felt heavy, and every look in his direction was a possible threat to his goal. But he needed to move forward.
