What should we think about Miley Cyrus? As a performer? A showman? Are you an entertainer? Or only as a singer? She is quite talented in terms of solely performance-based work. Few young performers have achieved the level of success that Cyrus has. It takes a special talent to be able to shift into the world of music. While she did enter the industry like a wrecking ball, we wouldn’t call Cyrus an outstanding vocalist. Let’s simply call her a multi-talented entertainer.

Coldplay has received a lot of criticism for being somewhat cheesy. Much of their music is influenced by the numerous British rock bands that came before them. (such as U2, The Smiths, and Oasis). The voice of lead singer Chris Martin is nothing special. He’s competent at what he does, but he lacks the range and depth of Bono, Morrissey, and the Gallagher brothers. While Coldplay’s songs can be inspiring as well as entertaining, Martin’s voice leaves you wanting more.
