Dorothy Hamill
Dorothy Stuart Hamill is a retired figure skater. She used to be very famous for her stunt that she called the “Hamill Camel” – a move where she would change into a camel spin and quickly into a sit spin. She got her only gold Olympic medal at the 1976 Winter Olympics that was held in Innsbruck, Austria. As years passed by, she became one of the most well-known Olympic athletes and that brought her the opportunity to be featured in different films and TV shows such as Blades of Glory, Dancing with the Stars, Romeo and Juliet on Ice, and Skating with Celebrities. Now in the 63rd year of her life, Dorothy is spending her time with his husband, John MacColl, and her only daughter, Alexandra Forsythe.
Peggy Fleming
Peggy Gale Fleming is a former competitive figure skater. She has several gold medals entitled to her name – three coming from World Championships and one coming from the Olympics. She was the champion of the 1968 Winter Olympics that took place in Grenoble, France. She impressed the whole world with her amazing moves and stunts. Years after that, she decided to retire from competing and just take the responsibility of being a commentator in various figure skating competitions. Like other popular athletes, she starred in different films and TV shows such as Grenoble and Blades of Glory. In the middle of 1970, she got married to Greg Jenkins. They have two wonderful children, Andy Jenkins, and Todd Jenkins. Now, she is spending most of her time being a lovely wife to her husband and an amazing mom to her kids as she operates her own winery.
