Amanda Beard
Amanda Beard is a former competitive swimmer. She started training at a very young age, which led her to claim the title of being the second youngest American to earn a gold Olympic medal – she got it from the 1996 Olympic Games that were held in Atlanta along with two other medals from different categories. In the 2000 Summer Olympics, she managed to win a medal from the Women’s 200 Metre Breaststroke. She bagged three medals in the 2004 Summer Olympics, making the professional swimmer a recipient of seven Olympic medals – one bronze, four silver, and two gold medals. In the middle of 2009, Amanda got married to Sacha Brown, and after several months had passed, she gave birth to their first son, Blaise Ray Brown. Aside from being a loving mother to her son and an amazing wife to her husband, Amanda has been allotting most of her time as an activist, sports correspondent, and a model.
Allison Schmitt
Allison Schmitt is a professional swimmer. The first Olympic event she participated in was the 2008 Summer Olympics that was held in Beijing. She impressed everyone as she managed to bag a bronze medal even though it was her first time joining a huge sporting event. Her accomplishment was followed by another when she won five medals at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She was also able to bring two medals home as she placed in two categories at the 2016 SUmmer Olympics. All in all, in her entire career joining the Olympic Games up until now, she has a total of eight Olympic medals entitled to her name. Well, with her impressive performance, we have to expect many more medals are coming to her hands from all the future Olympic Games she would still participate in.
