Vera Lynn is also known as “The Forces’ Sweetheart” because she started singing during World War II. She ended up singing to entertain and comfort the soldiers back then. Apart from music, she also dipped her toes into acting. For her 100th birthday, she came out with an album called ‘Vera Lynn 100’. How impressive is it that it still managed to reach the 3rd spot on the charts?

Gene Reynolds was never ugly, though it’s interesting to learn that he is still incredibly good-looking at 94! The actor had a rather short-lived acting career as it was cut short when he was recruited into the army. After serving for several years, he made a comeback to the industry. However, he was more interested in doing behind-the-scenes work. He actually directed, produced, and created M*A*S*H! The 94-year-old talent has received many awards and he deserves to have an amazing retirement.
