Marge Champion is responsible for the dance choreography involved in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. The animators traced the movements she made and the dancer gave Snow White the grace required of a Disney princess. She made a fortune through dancing and we bet she is having the time of her life as a retiree.

Mel Brooks is an actor, comedian, director, and composer. He began his career as a comedian back in the 1940s after he served in the US army in WWII. Brooks is one of the few EGOT winners in Hollywood, having won at least one Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award throughout his successful career. Amazingly, Brooks was one of the most popular directors in the 70s.
HARRY BELAFONTE, 91 YEARS OLD
Belafonte is best known as a singer and an activist. While he may not sing anymore, he remains very active with politics today. In addition, he also did some acting for a while, starring in films such as Bright Road and Carmen Jones. In his musical career, he recorded in several different kinds of genres, including gospel, blues, folk, and show tunes, winning himself three Grammy Awards.
LARRY STORCH, 95 YEARS OLD
An American comedian, Storch is also an actor and voice artist. During the 1940s he worked on many films and shows as an actor and as a voice artist. He also appeared in multiple variety shows like Sonny and Cher and Playboy After Dark. After he became successful in Hollywood, he returned to New York to become a stage performer again.
HUGH DOWNS, 97 YEARS OLD
Downs is a retired American broadcaster, TV host, news anchor, TV producer, and author. Clearly a man of many talents, he is best known for his roles on NBC’s Today in the 60s and 70s. He served in the US Army during WWII, after which he joined the NBC radio network. Downs was also a composer and hosted the PBS showcase for classical music from 1990 to 1996. Throughout his successful career, he has several film appearances, such as A Global Affair and Nothing By Chance.
HERMAN WOUK, 103 YEARS OLD
A well-known American author, Wouk’s books were translated into 27 languages. His books became best-sellers, and soon enough, he began winning awards for his writing. He published both fiction and non-fiction novels, some of which became Broadway shows and even movies. Another thing he did was keep a diary since 1973. In 2008, he presented the Library of Congress with his diaries, which amounted to over 100 diaries by 2012. He had a difficult time parting with his original diaries, so as a compromise, all his journals were scanned so he could keep the physical copies. He used them a lot to reference dates and facts in his writings.
DICK VAN DYKE, 92 YEARS OLD
You probably recognize Dick Van Dyke from a few of his famous works like Mary Poppins and his TV show The Dick Van Dyke Show. Van Dyke has enjoyed an immensely successful acting career, having won prestigious awards such as Emmys, a Tony, and a Grammy award to name a few. Aside from acting, he is also a talented singer, comedian, and dancer. He is still active in Hollywood nowadays, having been in more recent films like Night At The Museum and its sequel.
JAMES LIPTON, 92 YEARS OLD
An American writer, actor, lyricist, James Lipton is the executive producer, writer, and host of the TV series Inside the Actors Studio. Wanting to use all his gained knowledge from the world of acting, he created a three-year program in Pace University for aspiring actors to learn from the best in the business. Lipton initially studied to become a lawyer and acted on the side to finance his studies. With time, however, he stuck with acting and became a producer and a writer among other things.
DAVID ATTENBOROUGH, 92 YEARS OLD
Still active in his field today, Attenborough is a famous broadcaster and naturalist. He writes and presents with the BBC Natural History Unit. Before he began his career, he served in the Royal Navy in North Wales. His career started when Attenborough got a job editing children’s books at a publishing company, after which he took a job as a producer for BBC. His early career did not feature nature as it had later on. The point in which he started when he produced and presented the 3 part series Animal Patterns. The rest, as they say, is history.

Famous actress, Cloris Leachman had many films and shows she appeared in throughout her career. Her career spanned over seven decades which is very impressive, with her being the oldest person to compete on Dancing With The Stars at age 82. In her youth, she competed in the 20th Miss America pageant and came in at number 16. Even today she is still active in Hollywood, keeping her booming career going.

Pierre Cardin is a French fashion designer. His designs feature a lot of geometric shapes and have an avant-garde style to them. He founded his own fashion house in 1950, and to this day his designs are known worldwide.
ALICIA ALONSO, 96 YEARS OLD
A world-famous ballerina, Alicia Alonso made dancing her career and flourished, despite her having vision problems. Her journey is truly admirable, as she had to remain motionless in bed for a year at one point due to an eye surgery. Even after a year without dancing, she returned to the stage with a vengeance and became a star. She created a dance school, later on, that took off and became Ballet Nacional de Cuba.
JOHN ASTIN, 88 YEARS OLD
Best known for his role in the famous TV show The Addams Family, John Astin has had a fantastic acting career, playing in many TV shows and films. He also acted in plays, touring with some shows. Nowadays he teaches acting and directing at the Theater Arts and Studies Department at Johns Hopkins University.

A beloved American actor and voice actor, Ed Asner has a wonderful career in Hollywood. His most famous role is as Lou Grant in the 1970s and 1980s. A retired American actress, model, and activist, Marsha Hunt had a career that spanned over 70 years. In the 1950s, she was actually blacklisted in Hollywood. However, she still appeared in many movies. During the time she was blacklisted, she became an activist for world hunger and promoting peace in third-world countries, among other noble causes.
DIAHANN CARROLL, 83 YEARS OLD
Diahann Carroll is a true inspiration to all the African-American women who wish to embark on a career in the entertainment industry. For starters, she was the first non-white woman to have starred in a TV show. That’s right – we are talking about her performance in Julia. Her amazing portrayal is even more impressive now that you know it was not the norm at the time. Over the years, she has received many nominations and awards, although she had to go through a different challenge later in life. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and you can bet that we are glad she was able to fight the disease. The star retired from acting in 2014.

Born in Washington, Julie Gibson is known for her beautiful singing and wonderful acting back in the 1940s. As her career progressed she took on more roles in various kinds of movies as well as working abroad. Nowadays, Julie is actually the oldest performer from the ‘Golden Age’ who’s still alive.

A retired martial artist from Belgium, Jean-Claude Van Damme has become famous for his roles in action movies. He’s been in over 45 films, but his most known ones are Bloodspot and Kickboxer. Nowadays, he lives with his wife and three kids in Los Angeles.

Michael Richards is an American actor, writer, TV producer, and comedian. He’s best known for his role as Cosmo Kramer on the iconic show, Seinfeld. He won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series three times now! In 2000, he got his own show named The Michael Richards Show. Sadly, it didn’t do all that well and only lasted 9 episodes. Nowadays, Michael is still active in the industry, but he hasn’t appeared in anything since Kirstie back in 2013.
DAVID COPPERFIELD, 62 YEARS OLD
A lot of you probably know him as David Copperfield, but that’s actually not his real name, but his stage name! The famous American magician is known by friends and family as David Seth Kotkin. Forbes wrote he is “the most commercially successful magician in history”. Throughout the years, his TV specials won 21 Emmy’s, with a total of 38 nominations. David is still doing magic nowadays and has even come up with new tricks and illusions. He claims he’ll put a woman’s face on Mount Rushmore, straighten the Leaning Tower of Pisa, make an island disappear, and even vanish the moon.
DWIGHT SCHULTZ, 71 YEARS OLD
Best known for his acting on the action series, The A-Team, Dwight Schultz is an actor as well as a voice artist. He played Captain “Howling Mad” Murdock on the show from 1983 until 1987. Not to mention that he played Reginald Barclay in 3 of the Star Trek films in the late ’90s and early 2000s. To top it off, Dwight lent his voice to many animated shows and movies too.
MR. T, 67 YEARS OLD
Best known as Mr. T, Laurence Tureaud is an actor, bodyguard, and retired professional wrestler. You probably recognize him from the 1980s TV show, The A-Team. In the show, he played B.A. Baracus. In 1982, he played the boxer Clubber Lang in Rocky III. The 67-year-old actually released an album where he tells kids to stay in school and to steer clear of drugs.
DOLPH LUNDGREN, 61 YEARS OLD
Professionally known as Dolph Lundgren, Hans Lundgren is a Swedish actor, screenwriter, director, film producer, and martial artist. His most memorable role was back in 1985 when he played boxer Ivan Drago in the movie, Rocky IV. Recently, he appeared in Aquaman and Creed II. Not to mention that Dolph also starred in all three of The Expendables films.
