The comedian and UFC broadcaster Joe Rogan practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as MMA fans are aware. He studied BJJ with Eddie Bravo and is a brown belt. Since he was a little child, he has also trained in taekwondo. He actually holds a black belt in taekwondo and has won four consecutive state championships in the sport in Massachusetts.

He won the US Open Taekwondo Championship at the age of 19, and he went on to win the grand championship after outlasting the middleweight and heavyweight champions in his weight class.

Mickey Rourke
