Sarah was able to notice the animal’s terrible condition as she cautiously walked up to it. Its fur was matted and twisted, and it was covered in mud and dirt. Sarah realized she had to act to assist it because it appeared to be in need.

Sarah took the cat into her arms and carried it back to her house with care and tenderness. Sarah was able to pick up the animal without incident because it was not scared. Sarah exited the cave, but an odd thing occurred as soon as the cat saw the sunlight.
