Interestingly, Ali MacGraw’s acting career actually started in commercials. In 1970, things changed for the actress when she was cast as Jenny in Love Story. She might have achieved plenty of success in the role, though she would only ever star in three other movies in that decade: Players, The Getaway, and Convoy. The 70’s was not a prosperous time for Loni Anderson right away as she only landed minor roles on TV shows in the beginning. In 1978, however, she got the part of Jennifer in WKRP in Cincinnati, and things started going well for her. She went on to star in Easy Street, White Hot: The Mysterious Murder of Thelma Todd, and Partners in Crime. In more recent news, she appeared in the Amazon movie Love You More together with Bridget Everett.
