Did you think that the bride telling her guests what kind of outfit to wear during the wedding would be the weirdest part of this? Well, you should know that this was only the start of the story. What truly caused such a strong reaction was the way she decided to do it.

In her post, she split the dress code into five individual categories. They were as follows: women weighing 100 to 160 pounds, men weighing 100 to 200 pounds, women weighing more than 160 pounds, men weighing more than 200 pounds, and children. It was already unusual enough for her to instruct all the guests on what to wear. However, it was also insulting that she did this based on their weight! We doubt that anyone expected to hear such a thing when they RSVPed.
Suede & Velvet Only
You must be intrigued by the guidelines she set for each category! Women weighing anywhere from 100 to 160 pounds were asked to wear a velvet green sweater and orange suede pants. On top of that, they were asked to sport Louboutin heels that are for sale at $700 per pair. The bride made sure to emphasize that these ladies should only get a red pair because “the effect will amaze you” when they “spin and lift” their feet. We aren’t sure what she’s going on about, but let us move on.

As hard as it is to fathom, this is not where things end. To complete the look, the guests were told to don a scarf! Of course, she was not going to settle for any scarf. She asked them to bring a cashmere scarf by Burberry. Needless to say, this was going to cost a couple of hundred dollars as well.
