For dogs, it is not completely uncommon to eat grass, but this usually means that they need a specific nutrient. They may also eat grass since it is fibrous and will help digest their food well. However, eating grass can also mean they are dehydrated or have intestinal worms. If you notice your dog eating grass a lot, take them immediately to a vet. Better safe than sorry.
