He said that he lost about $60,000. However, we are sure that this was nothing more than pocket change to him. The line was not made up since he actually did this for good luck! This is the reason his Chicago Bulls shorts always looked so baggy. There was no other way to wear both. It later became a trend as players began to wear baggier shorts too.
