Many recent instances indicate that she may never be able to fully incorporate herself into the royal family. The fact that she is not British but American may be the biggest issue. For one thing, the British public found it weird that Prince Harry was in a relationship with someone from the other side of the Atlantic. Furthermore, others felt it was too late for Meghan Markle to adopt so many new traditions and rituals.

Prince Charles appears to be getting along well with his new daughter-in-law! According to an anonymous member of the royal family, the older man has begun a “lovely relationship with the duchess.” Isn’t that wonderful? “Charles showed so much love to Harry and Meghan,” he added, adding that “I think Harry will be eternally grateful to his papa for stepping in and giving Meghan’s hand in marriage.” Unfortunately, it appears that he is in the royal family’s minority on this.
