Larry Bird played professional basketball before retiring to become a coach. He lives up to his status as one of the all-time great basketball players. He began his NBA career in 1989 and guided the Boston Celtics to three NBA titles. Dinah Mattingly and Bird Mattingly have been married since 1989. The two met at Indiana State University, where Bird briefly attended before dropping out. They married in a friend’s house in Indiana in front of only five people. Nowitzki, one of the best power forwards in NBA history, has found love in the arms of Jessica Olsson, a Swedish-Kenyan art gallery employee and the sister of professional Swedish soccer players Martin and Marcus Olsson. The two fell in love in 2010, and married two years later. Meanwhile, they’ve had three children: a daughter in 2013, and two sons in 2015 and 2016.
