The glacial archaeologists of Italy are going to have a field day based on their work in the Norwegian region of Oppland. Since 2011, a group of professionals has been working in this corner of the world. Since then, they’ve found roughly 2,000 artifacts from the area. Some of them are as old as 6,000 years.
They Are All In Great Shape
They are typically in good condition despite their age. The frigid weather in the area is to blame for this. According to reports, antiquities such as skis, arrows, clothing, and even hunting equipment have been discovered. They could be as old as a few hundred years or as old as the eleventh century. According to National Geographic, it simply demonstrates how people gradually moved away from farming.
