The cockpit of Campbell’s aircraft home still has some of it’s original instruments. But Campbell has converted this space into an entertainment area where he can read. The cockpit is constantly renovated and improved by the addition of more interesting gadgets into it.

Campbell told the Business Insider, “It’s a great toy. Trick doors, trick floors. Hatches here, hatches there. Star Trek movies in a Star-Trek like setting.” He also mentioned that living in an airplane is the perfect home for a tech nerd like himself: “Having lots of little toys enclosed in a very big toy is nirvana.”
